diced 2 cloves garlic,

minced 1 (15 oz) can diced tomatoes,

undrained 1 (4 oz can diced green chilies, undrained) ~~

I used 2 small cans of diced green chilies, drained because I like it less spicy.

Adjust to your taste.

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp black pepper

1 tbsp cumin 1 tbsp dried

1 tbsp sugar 2

cups shredded cheddar cheese ~~

I used Monterey Jack cheese because that is what I had on hand. Feel free to use whatever you have or like.
